COVID Information

St. John's is committed to promoting the health and well-being of our community, and to offering full time, in-person teaching, learning, co-curricular and interscholastic athletic programs.

St. John's will continue to monitor and assess COVID data and will make updates to our protocols as necessary. Our current protocols are outlined below.

Masks

Masks are optional for all individuals, regardless of vaccination status, in indoor spaces on campus. As a community, we support those individuals who opt to continue wearing masks.

COVID Vaccinations

The School strongly encourages vaccination for all eligible individuals. The School reserves the right to require vaccination for all eligible individuals. Families, faculty, and staff are asked to submit an electronic form indicating vaccination status. If an individual’s vaccination status changes after submitting your form, families are asked to send information to nurses@stjohnsprep.org. Faculty and staff are asked to send information to tschaeublin@stjohnsprep.org.

Testing

St. John’s Prep offers on-demand antigen based testing. Anyone who wants to be tested will be able to see a school nurse or arrange a test through human resources.

Cases or Symptoms on Campus

The School has developed protocols should a positive case be confirmed on campus, or if an individual is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.
If a student, faculty, or staff member has been exposed to a positive case of COVID-19, or is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, inform the School Nurse or Director of Human Resources:
