Dear Grade 7 Parents and Guardians:

On Monday, April 29, we will welcome the grandparents and special friends of our seventh grade students to campus for our annual Grandfriends Day! It promises to be a wonderful afternoon and an opportunity for your son's grandparents, or special friend, to learn more about his experience at St. John's.

We hope you will help by extending this invitation to your son's grandparents or special friend. Then, please complete this form by Thursday, April 11 to let us know who will attend. Much as we would like to invite parents to join us, space constraints mean that we must limit the program to students and their grandparents or special friend.

Here are the details about the day to share with grandfriends:

Monday, April 29, 2019, from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
The program will be held in Brother Benjamin Hall; please do not arrive earlier than 3:15 pm.
Parking will be available behind Brother Benjamin Hall and in the lot adjacent to the Ryken Center for the Arts.
Refreshments will be served.
Buses will depart campus as scheduled at 5 pm prior to the end of the program. If possible alternate transportation home is suggested.
